I should be glad to vote for a bill that would either suspend immigration altogether for the next 10 years or come mighty near it. There are 20.000.000 men mobilized in Europe. In the course of this year or next they are going to start to demobilize those 20.000.000 men. They are going to project 20.000.000 men on the ruined industries of Europe. and I have an idea that those demobilized men are going to try to come over here in vast numbers.
