Through literature. The league ought to continue to send pamphlets and other publications to the Members of Congress and other notable citizens. and to the public in general. Sixth. Through correspondence. We have to send appeals and communications to some 15.000 influential persons. most of them clergymen. In order to prove effective the propaganda must be carried on steadily all the year round.
