I wish Members of this House could take the time to go over the last annual report of the Public Health Service. You would learn that the administrative supervision of the work is conducted through seven divisions. giving you some idea of the activities of the service: First. Scientific research and sanitation. Second. Foreign and insular quarantine and immigration. Third. Domestic (interstate) quarantine.
