The bill was considered as in Committee of the Whole. It relieves the estate of John C. Campbell. deceased. who was a Delegate to the House. of Representatives from Arizona in the Fortysixthi Congress. and who became a resident of the United States at a very early age and supposed himself to have become a citizen by the naturalization of his father. from any disability under the laws of the United States and from any defect of naturalization. and the administrator of said estate is hereby authorized to prosecute Indian depredation claim No. 2925. now pending in the United States Court of Claims. and to receive judgment therein the same as if the said John G. Campbell had been naturalized under the laws of the United States at the date of the loss alleged. and for this purpose the said Court of Claims is vested with full jurisdiction. The bill was reported to tire Senate without amendment. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed.
