Mr. Chairman. there is nothing in this bill that was put in there without my knowledge. If I found anything in there that I did not know anything about. there would be trouble when we reached it. Under the law this appropriation is to make an allowance to certain State courts to enable them to obtain clerical assistance in naturalization work. The city of New York is divided into boroughs. Four of the boroughs are coterminous with the counties. The Borough of Brooklyn is cotermainous with the county of Kings. The Iorough of Richmond is identical with the county of Richmond.
