Part of that appropriation has been transferred to this bill so that the money will be available by the 1st of June. $4.200 is carried to provide the special paper on which the certificates of naturalization are printed. $52.000 is to meet the requirements of the contingent fund of the House. and $6.000 is for the folding of speeches for Members.
