We have increased the allotment this year $785. We estimate that to pay the miscellaneous expenses of the Chicago station during the four months of this fiscal year will cost $2.100. The total outlay for that object during the last fiscal year was $41.778.42. The obligations for the present fiscal year aggregate tie whole amount authorized by section 24 of the act. to wit. 50.000.
