There ought to be no excuse for the criminal alien who has not become a citizen of the United States to teach the destruction of life and property. There ought to be no limitation on the power of the Secretary in this regard. There ought to be no expense incurred in any community to maintain and try the man. who. refusing to comply with the requirements of citizenship and being an alien. unlawfully teaches the destruction of life and property. Such a man under this amendment might be seized at any time by the Secretary of Labor and deported to the place whence he came.
