I am opposed to any contract labor being imported into this country. as well as being opposed to any and all stinmulated immigration. but I am under the impression that the bill as drafted is unnecessarily harsh in its provisions. and that not only will it give to the Secretary of Labor the power that he desires. but it will confer upon him more power than he ever dreamed of possessing.
