Mr. Chairman. the gentleman from California. my colleague Mr. RAKER. was reading a certain card while he was speaking a few moments ago on which was quoted on one side the opinion of Mr. Wilson. the President of the United States. in regard to Asiatic exclusion. and on the other side what Mr. Roosevelt. a former President of the United States. said upon the same subject. He read only what was on one side of the card. That is. his time did not permit him to read but one side of the card. therefore he read only what Mr. Wilson had said.
