My colleague secured himself to be appointed chairman of a subcommittee to consider my bill. No. 13500. in a Democraticcomiittee. Mr. IIAYE.S. Mr. BROWN. al Mr. REILLY of Connecticut represented that subcommittee. and I want to say to this House that it took me two months to get a hearing on that bill.
