Mr. Speaker. this resolution has the consent of the chairman of the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization. Mr. BURNETT. It has not been considered in the Committee on Immigration for the reason that that committee is at the present moment engaged in a hairpulling match on other matters. This resolution is for the purpose of getting certain information as to the immigration figures for the month of October. The information is not available as to the number of rejections by the surgeons at the immigration stations in this country and as to the final disposition of such cases. It is information which we ought to have in the preparation of the bill which we are now at work on in the committee.
