I have brought over soie records of these cases. taken from the files. Before reading the records. I will say tiat when I was engaged upon this work we found no Federal statute under which we could prosecute these agents and have their licenses revoked. As to immigration. it Is not induced at all by the Federal distribution bureau. but I will prove to you how It is induced.
