We have in the city of Chicago 200.000 children of foreignborn parents attending our public schools. Ihey are quick to learn. they soon beconme filled with love for the adepted land of their parents. they grow up to i)e our best citizens. we are preud of them. I say. let their parents come. there is no danger in admitting theit to our shores. It has been said by the gentleman in charge of this bill that the men who are allowed to come to the United States under the present immigration laws cheapen labor. No such thing. Hle says they glut the labor market.
