I find in my district a greatmany of them. and I desire to say that it was not necessary for me to secure the report as to my district. because there is no one in my district that objects to their coming there. for they recognize the fact that these people have helped to build up that section of the city. that they have helped to build up the entire city. and that the Nation as a whole has been materially benefited as a result of their coining. Yes. they have helped to build up the State from which the gentleman comes. the State which today has land valued at $150 an acre. land which could have been purchased for $1.50. $2 and $3 an acre before the immigrants commenced to settle and develop the State.
