Speech #620097429

I do not know what we will do with our friend. Would it be possible. if he consents. to tender him to the new Republic of China. in the event of his defeatand I am satisfied that. even if nominated. he will be easily defeated. I would almost be willing to make a new treaty for Chinese immigration if they would accept him in exchange. This would be a splendid opportunity for him to start a Chinese constitution framed upon the plan that he has outlined. Of course. we will miss himthere is no doubt about thatand the exhilarating commotion and excitement that he is constantly treating us to.
