And it shows. in addition. Mr. Speaker. that this idea of creating commissions is a mistake. Why. the Commission upon Immigration and Labor expended $750.000 of the peoples money. A commission upon the monetary question has already expended $207.000. and under that bill. which passedthis House and the other end of the Capitol and which was signed by the President. it lodged in the chairman of the commission.
