I say I have here letters from my constituents. men who have not been in the habit of writing upon this subject before. Here is one from Mr. G. B. Walters. a farmer at Selby. S. Dak. He goes on to say that he wonders if an immigration bureau in western Canada did not propose this trade agreement. Another letter is from W. R.
