At any rate. they can impose restrictions upon the export of their lumber products. aid do. It was said through every day of the hearings up to the last that Canadian Provinces could not Impose a restriction upon the iyood products cut from any lands other than Crown lands. and yet we found from the law we have. a copy of the law which we have Inserted in the hearings. that one Province does impose restrictions on lands other than Crown landsthat is to say. on privately owned lands.
