I find that so far as this bogey of oriental labor in Canada is concernedand if I am wrong. I hope some memher of the Committee on Immigration will correct methat Canada has today a head tax of $500 on every Chinese and Japanese coming into the Dominion. and that no Hindu can come into Canada under any conditions unless he comes with an unbroken voyage. and there are no ships running with an unbroken voyage.
