I did not stop at the ports. but I spent Thanksgiving Day. 1907. in the mountains of the Morea. in a village of only 1.200. or. rather. in a city adjacent to the village. and from this village of 1.200. small as it was. 200 people had come to the United States. I went amongst the kind of Greeks that come to this country.
