I think it is worth a good deal. It is hard to measure the value of information. I do believe. however. that this information is of a most interesting and valuable character.. because it deals with the whole subject of immigration in the United States. There is no one who has doubt about the advisability of getting some information in this country with reference to immigration. It is entirely true that the foreign countries all over the world have dumped upon this country some of the most undesirable members of their citizens. It is true that in the State of New York we have hundreds of people landed on our shores who are either insane when they arrive or become so almost immediately afterwards.
