I would so modify the exclusion laws that all immigrants from China of the proper age wvho came here for the purpose of serving as domestic servants should be welcomed and permitted to stay as long as they followed that occupation. If that was the law of the land. it would bring quiet and peace and contentment to many a household in the United States.
