I will say to my friend that I really believe one of the reasons why we have so much crime and so many violations of our antimonopoly laws. and election laws and naturalization laws is because the grand juries are not instructed by the presiding judge at each term to execute the law against violators.. Now. I want to be heard on that just a moment. The gentleman himself has just confessed that during election times he seeks to naturalize. I presume. anybody who will vote the Republican ticket. That is the substance of the gentlemans confession. and I must admire him for his frankness.
