A short time ago the statement was made by the New York Evening Post that there are 132 Italian confidence menf now serving time in Sing Sing. A Member of Congress from Louisiana told me recently that in his State the Italians seldom go into the courts to settle their differences. but settle them with the knife and the dagger.
