I was in favor of them before they were ever passed. I am in favor of them now. This bill is just simply the openlug wedge to nullify the law that we have been operating under and that we were all in favor of. and that is the test right here now. A man that votes for this bill is in favor of contract labor. and the man that votes against it is against contract labor.
