I do not know Mr. Percy. but the gentleman from Mississippi [Mr. W TXAUS] tells me he is a man of the highest character. He says: GnEENVILLE. Miss.. June 11[. 1906. W. S. BmNNT. House of Reprcsentativcs. Washington. D. C. Work over 4.000 acres in cotton with Italian labor from north Italy. Have worked them seven years. They are industrious. lawabiding. thrifty. make 30 per cent more cotton than best negro labor. Consider it the most desirable immigration for this section. LEitoY PnacY.
