People have been misled. and what proves it is that the United Garment Makers of America. composed largely of Hebrews. is amongst the list of those who have petitioned for an educational test. Now. to go on. I do not believe the rank and file of the Hebrews want to have any unlimited immigration into this country. They do not want their own people to come on so fast that they can not take care of them. and they can not take care of them. The Jewish societies of New York confessedly can not take care of their own people.
