After having made his declaration of intention to become a citizen. at any time within five years thereafter he may file his petition in writing in any of the courts authorized by this act to exercise jurisdiction in such cases to become a citizen of the United States. That petition must be in duplicate. It is required that he shall set forth in that petition all of the facts which would qualify him for naturalization. The bill provides for certain specific forms for all these proceedings. These forms are furnished by the Bureau of Naturalization to the different courts of the country. and are in blank form. so that the alien or the clerk can fill out the answers to the questions.
