Let me say. Mr. Speaker. to the gentleman from Massachusetts that the resolution calling for the Braun reports on immigration passed the House last week. and I understand the Secretary of Commerce and Labor is going to send those reports to the House this week. This is a different resolution. and I want to say just a few words about it at this time. This resolution calls for all the papers now on file in the State Department relative to the arrest. detention. and fine by the AustroHungarian Govermnent of Mr. Marcus Braun. an American citizen and the special immigrant inspector of the United States. The facts in the case very briefly are as follows: Omi the afternoon of May 8. 1205. Marcus Braun. then a guest of the Hotel Hungaria. in the city of Budapest.
