Greece. and Syria as of the Iberic race. and as showing what the result would be I simply suggested. as an example. the difference between the civilization of the South American republics. that were settled and civilized by the people of the Iberic race. and the civilization of North America today. which is the civilization of the Celtic and Teutonic peoples.
