He seems to think it is a great condescension for the mayor of that city to permit somebody to speak. Well. I suppose in these times it is somewhat of a condescension when we remember that a man who expressed some views in England some few years ago is being deported under your lawa law passed by the last Congressbeing deported by the Secretary of Commerce and Labor. because in England he expressed some views which are not approved by the Administration. Of course. I realize it is a condescension under a Republican Administration as we have it today. but under a Republican Government as it existed forty years ago. when that great DemocratRepublican.
