Now. in looking over this aggregation of "representative " gentlemen we must conclude that it is the corporate interests of this country which are so much concerned about the Chinaman and which beg us. for heavens sake. to deal kindly with the yellow man. Why all this solicitude? Why are the corporations so concerned about this race? It is for the sake of trade. for the sake of a few millions more of money.
