I will not permit any Senator to put the Scandi. navian citizens of North Dakota in the same class with the people referred to by Sheldon Jacksonthese Laplanders. who originally were Asiatics and who are not Scandinavians. I wish to read a paragraph from Dr. Sheldon Jacksons report to show the character of these people.
