What do you propose to do with the fourteenth amendment. which declares that all persons born or naturalized in the United States. and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. shall not be deprived of their rights as citizens of the United States? No State shall make any law abridging that right. What do you do with the children that are born in Puerto Rico and the Philippines?
