Mr. Speaker. I find in looking over the resolution thatit says. " So much as relates to quarantine regulations and foreign immigration be referred to the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization." That resolution follows precisely the resolution passed two years ago. but on looking further I find that that was a mistake. I do not think that what relates to quarantine regulations should go to the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization: but to the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce. therefore I move to strike out. in line 3. page 4. the words "quarantine regulations and." so that it will read: " and so much as relates to foreign immigration shall be referred to the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization."
