What. under such circumstances. becomes of the policy adopted by Congress of excluding the Mongolians from this hemisphere? We will open the doors so that they can never again be closed. and it does not require a stretch of imagination to foresee the time when the United States will be overrun. from New York to San Francisco. with iillions of Malays and other undesirable classes. who can not be excluded. When this time does come.
