Idesire to raise a point of order. I have no desire at all to interfere with the consideration of the bills that the committee have agreed t call up. but I desire to present this point and have it settled House bill 3290 was called up by the Committee on the Judiciary for consideration on the 30th and 31st days of October. 1893. I is a bill to amend the naturalization laws of the United States It was considered for two days and was not disposed of. and i pending as unfinished business. Now. my question is. whethe that bill does not take precedence of all other matters. unles some action to the contrary be taken by the House?
