My concern is the comparison with existing law and the comparison of the amendment of the gentleman from Illinois with existing law. the comparison of H.R. 1510 with existing law. The fact is existing law is far better in this area than either the existing bill we have before us or this amendment. I would also suggest that that is what migrant farm labor and the trail of migrant farm labor is about. It is workers in a particular geographic area moving from crop to crop and when the harvest or planting season ends in that particular crop. moving to another part of the country.
