They will go and register. the Supreme Court of the United States having held that the act is constitutional. If perchance any of them should take their cases to the Supreme Court of the United States and the court again holds the act constitutional. that would be the end of it. and they will be deported: Does the gentleman from California know how many Chinese persons have been deported in the last year? I ask that question of the gentleman.
