I think we had better moderate the spreadeagleism and buncombe of the assumption that i.. i our duty to maintain asylums in all the harbors of the world for the political and criminal refugees of foreign lands and to extend the cager hospitality of this country to all the disorderly and ungovernable cements of mankind.
