Certainly I shall be unwilling to have this resolution in the present state of the ease committed either to the Committee on Public Buildings and Grounds or to the Committee on Appropriations. I happen to be under this load. I am a member of the Committee on Indian Depredations. I have also the honor to be the chairman of the Committee on Immigration. and in common with the chairmen of these other committees I wish to know where these committees shall meet. Are we to have committee accommodations or are we not ? I am not wedded to any particular method of supplying this want.
