That in addition to the usual number there shall be printed 10.500 copies of the proceedings. testimony. documents. and consular reports submitted to the select committee to inquire into the importation of contract laborers. paupers. etc.. and also the same number of copies of the bill and report of said committee. of which 3.500 copies shall be for the use of theSenate and 7.000 for the use of the House.
