Now. sir. are gentlemen prepared to do it? I call upon thedistinguisled gentleman from Pennsylvania. the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. who has professed to be moved with such tender compssion and concern for the agricultural interests of the country. now to come forward and vote for this relief when the opportunity is offered to him to actually do something real for that interest.
