What you are paying now is going into the Treasury. but not a dollar of this increase that you would pay if this bill passes will go into the Treasury. and yet the Senator from Texas will be called a friend of foreign pauper labor if he dares to openjhis mouth in favor of keeping the duty where it is! 3.
