I entirely agree with most of the spirit of is remarks. but differ with him totally ao to their being applicable to this bill. He speaks about a feudal supervision over our citizens reqiiring them to be followed by police. or something of the kind. There is nothing of the sort in the bill. What do we do when a man comes to this country and wants to be naturalized ? We lrovide he shall say so. That is about the sam of it. to go into a court and have it made of record.
